Meena is the twelfth and last sign to ascend on the horizon. In the Cosmic Man or Kalapurusha, it rules the feet. Being the last Rashi to ascend, it marks the completion of the karmic cycle, which gives Pisces the ability to look beyond the truth.
Meena is symbolized by two fish facing the opposite direction.
